Matt Barse (Wichita) developed his creative skills at the University of Oklahoma Fine Arts Department at and technical know-how at the Oklahoma City Community College Digital Cinema Production Program and has found time to produce short and feature-length, using life experiences to create unique and relatable works of art, which can be described as "fact-based fiction." Barse has worked with many creative professionals in the filmmaking world to help bring his vision to life.
